Hire managers with weak CV’s in comparison to the size of our club in hopes they’ll be your perfect puppet, then when they speak out of line, they are changed, instead of taking their advice and realising YOU are wrong. Refuse to alter or adapt the model, topped off with enormous ego’s. Nothing will change at Chelsea until the very top of the club changes. I’ve said it for years. I saw it early. #CFC
