@neilogden Pavements are the responsibility of Highways at Hampshire County Council

This morning I pushed a wheelchair from Franklin Avenue to Morlands Surgery in New Road, and back a distance of about a mile each way. It was prettty obvious that no one from @TadleyCouncil has ever done this. The state of the pavements is aweful!
