I've been thinking about this for a few days now... and I hate how this moment keeps getting framed. Has no one else ever been triggered by having a bad day and then being asked what went wrong? Ugh.

@JasonArigoni I only had the opportunity to meet Shay because of you - thank you, Jason. He gave an amazing interview for my magazine feature on paternity leave a few years ago, and we kept in touch. Shay was an amazing and inspiring man. May his memory be a blessing for all of us 🧡

He may have left us too soon in body, but his spirit and legacy will live on forever. Shay was a father, a husband, a leader, and an amazing friend. Let’s all put a part of his legacy on our shoulders and carry it forward! We will miss you, but never forget you.
