A big thank you to Melanie for taking the time to visit and show her support for our library and volunteers. Diolch yn fawr!

Melanie had the opportunity to learn about the incredible work our dedicated volunteers do every day to keep the library running and serving our community. She also learnt about the wide range of facilities, services and events we offer at the library.

We were delighted to welcome the @HSofWestGlam, Melanie James JP, to Taibach Community Library this afternoon.

📚This afternoon Mum and I visited the fantastic @TaibachLib which is entirely run by 12 amazing volunteers 🙏🙏 Not just a library but a warm hub, IT suite, crochet and art club, ball bank and a children’s Saturday club and more! A really lovely place to be 💙 🙏Luke

As a result of our new opening hours coming into effect from Monday 10th June 2024, there will be some changes to the timings of our weekly activity programme. Please check out the attached images for the new times.

This morning, on the momentous occasion of Taibach Community Library's 10th anniversary under community management we welcomed special guests, local dignatories, charity members, friends and the local community into the library.

I was very pleased to attend the 10th anniversary celebrations of @TaibachLib! I was there 10 years ago when it first opened and I am so glad to see it thriving. The library offers a whole host of things, from books & use of computers to knitting groups & a children’s corner.
