$TWSI The OTC app was submitted yesterday and we have the three delinquent quarterly reports already prepared for when OTC Markets processes the change of control and grants access.

$EDZR Now OTCID, another “blank slate” with no SEC/OTC history. Our vision for it was self-education doing corp action through FINRA and also get a PCAOB completed. But we’ve already received some interest so we’re unsure how far we’ll be taking it as we assess the opportunities.

We have much progress on our shells, but choose to speak when theres new public info for the market. Many parties still wish to execute in silence until the proper time in their biz. Our patience has been stretched, but we continue to close & clean pubcos in this “OTCID era.”

$ZHDM The historical CE was removed in under 45 days from our request for review! It was a big risk cleaning this one with no guarantee of its tradeability without a 211, so we are very pleased it’s paying off. We have already received interest from multiple parties.

@TailoredTickers Given the SOS officer updates on $NGMC today, can we anticipate that the stock will be current soon? Some brokers don't let you buy this since it's yield and unsolicited.

@Schito_74 Thank you! We often provide consulting for the transition of incoming parties to get them rolling. But of course we can’t make them hire us or completely control how they execute on their own.

@TailoredTickers Sounds good. Always love your tickers and the deals you do. The part that I don‘t like as much is that these companies then go dark after they did the deal which happened a few times lately and which for the life of me I will never understand.

@Schito_74 We are never idle, no matter how slow the dealflow. But we do anticipate stronger upcoming quarters!

I understand this as deals are not much there lately because the OTC itself especially on the low float side which your stocks are usually, has been really good last few months. Way better than I anticipated it to be. Liquidity overall is not really there but that's only a problem for the thicker stuff imo. At least so far this year.
