@Elliesif_ Unironically was told by my neurologist to eat a protein heavy breakfast to help prevent migraines, and it def helped reduce the number I get, and the severity of them when I do. You should also get a -triptan if you can, those things are miracle workers

Need some help from people that also suffer from chronic migraines. Recently no matter what I do my migraines arent going away. I dope out on excedrin everyday and get no fix. My migraine cap isn't helping anymore it just helps me go to sleep. And sleeping isn't fixing them too.
