We started #TaiwanMaami in #Chennai three years ago — authentic Taiwanese bubble tea, handmade mochi, Asian street food — because we believed Chennai was ready for the real thing. It was. Profitable from Month 1. Two outlets. Bootstrapped. The appetite for genuine, well-executed international food in South India is real and underserved. Someone just has to do it right.
