HIV took my mum in July 2009 and in 2010 I nearly ended it for myself. Now I am living life happily with HIV. I am healthy which means my children are all negative and I am so excited to be getting married next year. You cannot expect someone to love you if you hate yourself! ❤

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) are on the rise across all groups. These include Shigella (a bacterial infection that can cause cramps & diarrhoea) and antibiotic-resistant gonorrhoea. If you’re sexually active you should test for STIs & HIV every six months. #GetTested
