Given the health of the Rams roster, there is a discrepancy on what fans think and the actual impact a player at 13 will have.
Any WR is WR3. Love Sadiq, but he's a rotational TE3 as a rookie. Any CB is also CB3. OL is a depth piece.
Not bad. Just reality of the roster.

The crazy thing is the #Rams could very well have a free agency that sets them up to do this exact type of thing. Sonny Styles, Arvell Reese or Caleb Downs

Would have 0 issues with the Rams moving up for either Sonny Styles or Arvell Reese, but that'd have to be contingent on solving CB another way. Incredible talents.

@JKBOGEN @Jaymoola1985 His coverage most likely isn't as good this past season bc the chiefs pass rush wasn't that great. I feel like Mcduffie will be better in LA and be somewhat a vet and leader for this secondary that's my opinion

I gotta be honest I don't see where Trent McDuffie fits on the #Rams. So they are going to give up a ton of capital and pay him 30 million dollars to play on the outside?

When I watch him I see a slot corner. I think Jaylen Watson is the better player and the film supports that this year. Now, one thing I love about McDuffie is his ability in run support. He's a fantastic tackler but I think he's a tad overrated in coverage and oh he can really blitz had 19 pressures in 2023 and has 6 career sacks as well as 9 forced fumbles. He's a very talented player but not sure I love him in coverage for what it would take to acquire him.
