🚨 Woman fatally shoots man during argument over a parking space at North Lauderdale Walmart, claims self-defense. 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Walmart. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, he and a woman got into a verbal dispute over a parking spot. The woman warned him to walk away before she opened fire. She stayed at the scene, cooperated with detectives, and claimed she acted in self-defense. The shooting was captured on video by a witness and a nearby Tesla. Diguglielmo was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. No charges have been filed yet as the investigation continues. These kinds of disputes turning deadly are becoming too common. @Yuki_Haku1 @RmcnationX Literally anybody in Naruto can expel chakra, it has nothing to do with the byakugan. The only thing that the byakugan does is show the chakra pathways in order to inject chakra to block the opponents pathways easier, but non byakugan users can do the same.

@RmcnationX Absolutely, three tomoe Sharingan doesn’t have any special ability per eye, so whether you have one or two doesn’t matter. By transplanting the byakugan for 360 degree vision, you effectively amped both beyond recognition.

@RmcnationX Similar to what he did with Sasuke, he has the ability to pre program a jutsu in Sharingan. He programmed Shisui’s eye to force whoever saw it to protect konoha, which he was going to use on Sasuke if Sasuke ever fought Naruto again on himself.
