@JazzLikesToGame @Pokemon Thankfully, at level 15 Magikarp learns tackle if I remember correctly. lol So you don't have to switch him out every fight after that. 😂 I remember grinding mine to level 20 as soon as I bought the first one from that dude in the Pokecenter. Took a while but was worth it!

Getting a Gyrados in the early Pokémon games takes a whole lot more effort imo than the newer games because of having to switch it in and out for experience points from that baby Magikarp fish. We earn that shit and so we respect the Gyrados far more. ❤️😭 #PokemonFireRed
