Called customer care to arrange pickup/exchange from home - DENIED.
And to top it off, they CLOSED the replacement request.
No resolution. No accountability.
Again Requested for paid lens upgrade only(not frame) which was offered initially for ₹200 - DENIED

Horror story with @Lenskart_com 🧵
Visited the store just 1 month after purchase for cleaning - staff used bare hands + cloth (no UV machine), scratched my specs, and then argued instead of owning it.
Customer support approved a replacement 👍

Got a call from the @ICICIBank sales team offering a credit card. I clearly declined, yet they still manage to run a CIBIL check.
Credit inquiry without consent just to chase sales targets is unacceptable. Really disappointing experience. #scam

Next day NAV jumped 📈

How I lost ~₹3,000 because @TheOfficialSBI decided to be “unavailable” at the worst time 💀
Market was down → perfect time to average my mutual funds.
Tried investing on 31st March - txn failed.
Tried again on 1st April (11 AM) - still failed.
