Don't forget our ESOL drop ins on every Wednesdays at Number One Riverside, Central Rochdale, OL16 1XU, from 9.30 - 12pm where you can register for an English Course!

🚒 We had a visit from Scott from the Fire Station recently. During the visit, they spoke about smoke alarms, types of emergencies and even had a look at the fire engine. This was a great session for the learners as they gained knowledge about Fire Safety and got certificates!

As some of our classes are coming to an end, we have had last class celebrations which included LOTS OF FOOD😋 alongside certificates for the learners to recognise how much they have developed in their English Course. Well done to everyone! Including our volunteers and tutors.

Hey there!😃 Anyone who wants to join an English course or someone you might know who is interested, we have weekly drop in sessions at Number One Riverside from 9.30am - 12.30pm so you can come and register! 😊 Look forward to seeing you!

Our class in Alkrington Hub took a trip to the library📖 The students: 📕registered for a library card 📕discussed the rules for using the library, fines etc 📕The students practiced using the computers 📕used the self-service machines with the free telephone Good day out! 😊

Our annual Volunteers Celebration marks the end of a fantastic year 😀 We worked with: 10 brilliant community venues 9 amazing tutors 32 priceless volunteers 42 dedicated classes And finally we engaged with... 🥁 🥁 🥁 **669 learners!!!** It's been a wonderfully manic year🥳

Learners from @LighthouseM24 celebrated the end of their course with a trip into Rochdale Town Centre where they visited @RochdaleLibrary, BroadfieldPark, the new shopping centre & even had a cheeky Nando's! Amazing work by Sultana & Osama and fantastic commitment from the guys!
