@CobblersToMe Worst team ever.

This is the worst Cobblers team I've seen in my 33 years supporting the club. There is absolutely nothing. When the going gets tough this lot absolutely crumble. 1 win in almost half a season. The board are mainly to blame, but the coaching staff and the team are nowhere near up to the standard required for this level. #ntfc

Has to be an appointment made on Monday, give someone two full weeks to get into this lot. #ntfc

@Harry9054029712 @TalkOfTheTeyn @ntfc CC is an experienced individual and as much as I I don’t think he will keep us up, he means we don’t have to rush in getting an appointment and can take our time in getting it right for the future, CC is a better option than what Rotherham have gone and got right now as well

@ntfc This is called having a plan in place. Sacking the manager in the morning and having someone ready to take over on the same day. Not dragging it out having a meeting once a week when there's 8 games of the season left whilst being 8 points adrift. #ntfc

@harrywhitworth_ @TalkOfTheTeyn @ntfc i get that but at least they’ve got someone in straight away to try and actually keep them in the league and it’s only short term so they can change it if it doesn’t work.

They left it too late, and now they're taking too long. They have a brand new stand with boxes that they'll struggle to fill next season and an away stand that'll go from being full most weeks to having 78 fans from Barrow and Accrington. They should be doing everything they can to stay in this division and they are meeting once a week to discuss the role...

@TalkOfTheTeyn @ntfc As I say, I’d rather have done what we done and not rush anything, we’re going to be relegated, the mistake was the timing of the sacking not this current period we’re in, I’m happy for them to take there time and get the right man in for the long term

McGeehan and Burroughs are two of the worst footballers I have seen play for Northampton

Must be nice to be able to go up through the gears when you need too. The only two gears we seem to have are neutral and reverse... #ntfc

I think Fornah has lost the ball every time he's touched it so far. McGeehan has been non existent too. Perkins needs help in that midfield. #ntfc

A lot of changes. No Campbell or Taylor in the starting 11 for the first time I can remember in a league game! At least he's trying to mix things up a bit. Big ask for McAdam tonight. Perkins into his preferred midfield position. Think that's nearly the strongest back 3 we've had for a while. #ntfc

@James_ChronNTFC Ridiculous. The board have been too slow to act on the sacking. Should have been done after the Port Vale game. They should have had someone new in place for the last 10 games. They are as much to blame as anyone else for this relegation.
