Regardless what @JustinRYoung I am in fact capable of determining the alcohol content of my beers. For instance, a few very important individuals will get to try some of my brews at SXSW and they will be 4.98%, 9.43%, and 5.76% ABVs.

Working on take 2 of a graff; a cider-beer hybrid, but really wanting the cider to come through. Using a bit of molasses to bridge the two sides. Is a weird experiment, but promising!

@RobElmer Only critique is the Smoked Brown Ale stands a bit strong out from everything else. It could be a bit smaller or not as much a contrast, as the design and name are awesome already.

@UmActuallyShow cast iron CAN be cleaned with soap if well seasoned as shown in recent studies. Seasoning is baked in, not just some this coating. And no salt and pepper as Ally had claimed.
