Customers deserve better than this chaos.
How can a company operate like this? I’m tired of chasing, tired of waiting, and honestly shocked at how careless they are with customers’ time and trust. Acko seriously needs to get their act together.
And to make it worse, their app is completely useless. It literally shows a past date as the “expected resolution,” as if that magically solves my problem.
Absolutely fed up with @AckoDrive right now. I’ve never seen a more irresponsible team handling a claim process. Zero updates, zero accountability — just endless delays.
