This summer was full of great things! I spent the summer coaching with @fastfast, and training to get stronger for this upcoming season with @grind_30. Now that the fall semester is in full swing, pre-season training is under way!! Can’t wait to show my progress @buttecollege

My first college track season (second season overall) was such a success. I performed well in many events I have never done and PRd in those I have. I had so much fun competing in the heptathlon this year and look forward to next season!
