McAfee has suggested he’s eager to move the case, which was indicted more than two years ago, out of legal limbo. Earlier, it took Skandalakis nearly 2 years to announce he wouldn't charge former target Burt Jones in this case. Sounds like McAfee doesn't want a repeat timeline
