Day 9 #TG30DayVisibility A customer sent me a message recently that reminded me why I love this business. She said, "Snowball, every time I buy from you, I never have to worry about quality or delivery. I just make my payment and rest." That message may seem simple, but it means a lot. In a world where many people have been disappointed by online vendors, trust is priceless. Every order we package, every delivery we make, and every customer we serve is an opportunity to prove that genuine businesses still exist. At Snowballfoods, we don't just sell food items. We help families stock their kitchens, feed their children, and save themselves the stress of market runs. Whether it's Mimee, Indomitable, Super Pack, Hungry Man, or any other food item, our goal remains the same: quality products, fair prices, and reliable service. The best advertisement is not a flyer or a sponsored post. It's a happy customer telling another person, "You can trust this vendor." To everyone who has bought from us, referred us, shared our posts, or supported our journey, thank you. Your trust is the reason we keep showing up every day. If you're seeing this post today, consider this your sign to support a small business. We may be small, but we are committed, reliable, and grateful for every customer. 📍 Lagos 🌍 Delivery Available 📱 WhatsApp: 08168515241 #TG30DayVisibility

Building my foodstuff and CAC registration business in this country has taught me that motivation is good, but resilience pays the bills. I remember one day I went to the market with the money I had carefully planned for restocking. Before I got there, the prices had changed. The same goods I bought the previous week could no longer fit into my budget. I stood there calculating and recalculating like a WAEC Mathematics question. Then there are customers who will ask for the price of rice, beans, garri, vegetable oil, and every other item in the shop. After answering for almost thirty minutes, they'll end the conversation with: "Okay, let me get back to you." Till today, some of them are still getting back to me. The CAC registration business has its own drama too. Someone will rush into my DM saying: "I need my business registered urgently." You clear your schedule, explain everything, answer all their questions, and prepare the documents. Then suddenly, "Let me think about it first." Think about what exactly? 😭 But through all these experiences, I've learned something important. Business is not just about making money. It's about patience, trust, consistency, and showing up even when sales are slow. Every successful foodstuff delivery, every business name approved by CAC, and every customer who returns reminds me that progress is happening, even when it's not obvious. Nigeria will test your patience. Business will test your faith. But if you keep showing up, one day you'll look back and realize the struggle was preparing you for the growth. DAY 9- #TG30DayVisibility

One thing building this business has taught me is that desperation and impatience can lead to costly mistakes. There was a time I went almost two months without meaningful sales. When an order finally came in, I was so eager not to lose it that I offered a huge discount and even promised free delivery before calculating my costs properly. In my haste, I forgot to inspect the four wristwatches carefully before sending them out. Two of them had issues. I panicked, and the customer was disappointed. Months later, I made another mistake by sending a customer the wrong jean size and had to return to the market to exchange it at my own expense. Those experiences changed how I run my business. Now, I slow down. I inspect every item, confirm every size, and cross-check every detail before packaging. I've learned that it's better to take a little extra time than to spend days fixing avoidable mistakes. That's a lesson I'll carry with me as this business grows. Day 9. Every lesson is an opportunity to do better. #TG30DayVisibility
