So important to make sure we are recognising and diagnosing dementia. But we need to fund services to make sure support does follow a diagnosis and we need to make ‘dementia everyone’s business’

Our Carers Corner is coming to West Cornwall Tomorrow!! Wednesday 1st November and then Carers Corner will be there every first Wednesday of the month. It’s going to be such an fantastic morning!
