btw TikTok Shop just re-added slideshows and nobody is talking about it
Slideshows are back on TikTok Shop but this time we can do it 100% AI-generated.
In 2024 when we used the exploit my students made crazy money.
Here's exactly how I've encouraged my students exploit this before it gets saturated:
1.) Find a winning product: Use Kalodata or your FYP to spot trending products.
Ignore GMV Max for now. Slideshows are being pushed purely through organic reach, so that's where your focus needs to be.
2.) Build dead simple slideshows 2-3 slides. That's it. Think of it like a bottom-of-funnel video compressed into a slide format. Lead with price and discount. Urgency sells, will attach some examples below.
For the creative, tools like Nano Banana Pro let you generate the avatar or product images entirely with AI. No need to own the product or show your face.
3.) Post in volume, make fresh images for each slideshow but keep the concept consistent. Avoid stock images of the product. Original AI-generated visuals outperform every time.
This feature has rolled out in the UK and Europe first (unusual, normally the US leads). The US will almost certainly follow shortly.
Check your accounts and see if you have access. As soon as this feature is enabled for everyone it won't be as effective.
