About 10 years ago I started to feel back pain just standing in some stores. I've had physio which helped introduce me into stretches and strength exercises that I'm supposed to do daily -- admittedly I'm pretty lazy which has not helped.

That’s probably the best show AEW has ever put together. You can make an argument for Moxley/Takeshita, Young Bucks/FTR, and Andrade/Bandido getting five stars. Big returns. The main event was bloody and brutal, as advertised. Just a phenomenal event.
