What's one of the most startling, unsettling scenes in a movie? I'll start:

I applaud what you're attempting here, #TheMandalorian, but this road, no matter how well-laid or executed, still leads to the dead-end that is The Rise of Skywalker. The Titanic was a beautiful ship, but we all know how this trip ends.

Man! If they haven't seen it, I bet the Safdie Brothers would love #Beef.

@emmasaurustex Believe it or not, Cowboy Bebop. The first 4 episodes are a lot of fun, but it took "Ballad of Fallen Angels" to make me love it.

THE SPECIALIST (1994) is bonkers ass cinema. 5 stars.

#DungeonsAndDragonsMovie is one of those films where if I'd watched it at 12 years old, it would have become my entire identity. I would have been unbearable to be around.

@basicnoir I especially appreciated the cameos by the cast of the 80s cartoon.

@Tangent1985 Something interesting happened in that movie approx. every 3 minutes - and I was in. - and credit to the marketing, it looked like GARBAGE and every subsequent trailer warmed me over till I ended up seeing it and had a blast.

I love that in #JohnWick4 no amount of dudes fighting in the street or ax-murdering one another in a club is enough to halt traffic or make people stop dancing.

@basicnoir I'm sincerely heartbroken. Reaves used to say, if you grew up watching cartoons in the 80s, he probably had more of a hand in raising you than your own parents. And he was right. Rest in peace, hero. From my generation to you, we'll keep the light burning.
