❌ Los streamers españoles estan desconectados de la realidad (CRITICA CONSTRUCTIVA). ✅ Streamers, leer con atencion HASTA EL FINAL. ❗Los streamers españoles (el ambito donde me manejo), se desconectaron de la realidad. Pasaron de tratar a los suscriptores como parte de una comunidad, a tratarlos como simples numeros para llegar a fin de mes. ⌛ Hace ya mucho tiempo, las suscripciones tenian valor agregado, eran el punto de acceso para que el suscriptor interactue con su streamer; ya sea participando en juegos con el streamer, charlas 1 a 1, o en eventos exclusivos para suscriptores. ❌ Actualmente, el unico valor real que tiene una suscripcion, es no ver anuncios en dicho canal; participar en un sorteo que nunca vas a ganar, o tener acceso "privilegiado" a un Discord muerto en donde solo te saltan alertas de que el streamer esta en directo o subio un video a youtube/tiktok. ✅Todo esto se ve opacado gracias a Twitch TURBO, que ofrece (en relacion a precio 3/1), no ver anuncios en toda la plataforma y no solamente en un canal en especifico. ⁉️ La culpa es de twitch? Es de los viewers? No, es pura y exclusivamente de los streamers que se volvieron vagos, que no les importa realmente su comunidad, y no le dan un valor agregado a los suscriptores. Bastaba con simplemente hacer una llamada en Discord y jugarte una partida con ellos, del juego que prefieras ( O MEJOR DICHO del juego que ellos prefieran) y grabarla. Esto luego lo subis a youtube/tiktok y lo monetizas. 🤮Pero no, se les subio el ego y la fama a la cabeza por tener 3 digitos de viewers y decidieron subirse a un pedestal y tratarlos como si fueran solo un numero y no como personas. ❤️ Siendo moderador de varias comunidades, conoci un monton de gente maravillosa. Desde tatuadores, profesoras de infantil, trabajadores de hosteleria, cientificos, hasta estudiantes de primaria. 🫂 De tanto estar para ellos, me hacen llamadas privadas para contarme cosas personales y pedirme consejo al respecto de los problemas que tienen,(Incluso he tenido charlas con un chico asiatico que le hacian bullying y me pdio consejos). Mientras que los streamers no saben ni como se llaman estas personas. Son simplemente un nick en un chat, un numero para llegar a fin de mes. ❇️CONCLUSION: Bajense del poni, de la nube de ego en la que viven, y esten mas cerca de sus comunidades, incluso mas cerca de los que los apoyan monetariamente, que ni siquiera se saben sus nombres reales. Hagan eventos exclusivos para suscriptores, jueguen con ellos, pasen tiempo con ellos; que al fin y al cabo ustedes no saben la realidad que viven ellos dia a dia, y lo unico que ellos quieren es PASAR TIEMPO CON USTEDES. Dejen de ser streamers subiditos, y vuelvan a ser viewers. Tango.

@Tangov91 How many games do you think are played per day? How many games do you think have at least one report? How many people would you need, if each can review let’s say 20-25 games per day, to full time review all the games with reports?

Imagine getting 2-3 teammates inting, those teammates going 0-10. Then you go afk because its a waste of time. You get flagged a a soft inter for going afk. Instead of having a "system" that lacks context, bring back the tribunal.

@drewlevin And if the tribunals bans are unfair because they're biased by public opinion, that's when Riot's human team needs to step in and review the cases. You're trusting an algorithm, not the people in the community, and that says a lot. (2/2)

@drewlevin What are the criteria for banning people then? Is it fair to ban someone that's getting trolled by their teammates (who are 0-10)? And why not giving tools to the community to decide who deserve to be banned? Not trying to mess with you, just a serious conversation/debate.

@Tangov91 i mean, if we wanted to be REALLY consistent with sanctions, shouldn't we just do it ourselves, since we can very precisely control what gets penalized vs not? like, sure, i'd love to not get yelled at by people on social media perma, but i doubt it creates a better experience.

@drewlevin Imagine being judged in real life for running a red light, when you had a family member in the passenger seat who was dying. Context matters, and an algorithm (at least not the current one) can't provide that.

Why aren't they restricted from playing for a certain amount of time if their KDA is negative (like a lot) or negative below the average of their games? That would encourage them to think twice before trolling.

Thanks for the thoughts! I'm not sure how much better we'd be able to make it at 10 minutes, I think it'd be closer to 20 min to be consistent. Can you ballpark for me how many games you feel like are "masters games" vs games you'd consider to be higher quality? (Percentage or 1 in X are both fine)
