Florida "worked" because it was cheap. But if it's not cheap, and you're not somewhere like Miami or Sarasota (great cities, no hate), it's just not worth it for a lot of people. Very rough summers, hurricanes, and only getting worse.

Franz Wendell PnRs used to be one of the most efficient offenses in the league. It's gone extinct in our system. Franz downhill drives have gone down. He rarely cuts anymore. He rarely has plays drawn up for him anymore. His playmaking has gone down. We flat out have removed him from our offense. I'm annoyed too by his inconsistent aggression but my lord, we have no intention of involving him for 3/4ths of every single game. We don't even give him the ball on the fastbreak anymore. Unless he just decides to demand the ball, I genuinely see no way for him to naturally get going in this system.
