Something that did turn out good. Homemade udon noodles. I recommend doing it yourself because 1. It's cheap and easy and 2. It's a goddang workout flattening a cold ball of pre-noodlefied udon. I lied about the easy part.

I tried making flatbread. It is flat. It is bread. It needs some practice.

I said this most recent video was my favorite that I've done, and I think the reason why is that I took a more lighthearted approach. I've needed a break from the hour+ comprehensive histories of an entire game. I like these shorter, more focused videos that are less serious.
