So I have to point out first. You cannot use the new Glitter Promos when riding from grade 0 to grade 1. Reason being the same as Gancelot
Basically grade 0 is not a Glitter, so it does fulfill the conditions of the CONT on the promo. The promo will therefore not have the "When discarded from hand" ability
