Trump simply posted a photo of him dressed like Jesus healing the nation. He did not post himself as Jesus because Jesus is Jesus. But isn’t a good Christian or catholic supposed to emulate Jesus in every way anyways…everyone’s goal is to be like Jesus in every way but we will never like look Jesus, we can only dress and act like him…so all good Christian’s and Catholics final form should be like Trump in the photo!!!! Duh

What President Trump posted was not blasphemy. As Christians, we are commanded in Scripture to lay hands on the sick and pray for their healing (Mark 16:18). When Trump shared that image and message, he wasn’t claiming to be Jesus or putting himself in the place of God. He was simply expressing that, as a follower of Jesus Christ, he believes in the power of prayer and the authority Christians have been given to lay hands on the sick. There’s a big difference between claiming to be Christ and claiming to follow Christ. Trump was doing the latter, openly identifying as a Christian who believes in the healing power of God.
