Brewery 674: @Tanzenwald. Northfield, MN. Fav beer: Captain Aure (Salted Grapefruit IPA). Originally built in 1887 as the city's municipal water building, this structure would also become a creamery before opening as a brewery in 2017. Cool exposed beams and hanging tin ceilings.
