The underlying *offense* @CSexton25 ruled @brotherjones_ “out of order” for was so minimal even the clerk couldn’t remember it. It was less off topic than most members are every time they speak. Sexton is a wanna-be dictator tyrant. The walkout was entirely justified.

“POWER TO THE PEOPLE!” @brotherjones_ joins the protestors in the rotunda after #KremlinCameron & the @tnhousegop vote to silence him for no reason, simply because they could. The Dems walked out.

I’m grateful to witness change. Get on the train of democracy. People get ready There's a train a-coming. You don't need no baggage. You just get on board. Keep the momentum going. The nation is waking up and rising up. People movement . Everyone can serve and organize

I’ve had four strategy calls today, didn’t raise a cent just folks offering strategy. Listen, there is no shortage of strategy in this state. Our organizations are fully functioning just underfunded. We already have all the tools, data and strategy. We just need resources in TN.

Another thing the media has missed some of the most talented Black organizers in Tennessee have packed up and left because 1. We could not afford to pay them what they deserved 2. Extreme burnout 3. Death threats And racial targeting.

In the end, the people of Tennessee made the ultimate choice of courage and hope. Thank you to the thousands who came to the people’s house today to show the nation that we will not yield to authoritarian attacks on our democracy. Our fight is not over. #notonestepback ✊🏾
