I’ve been a full time musician for 11 years and I haven’t released a single song on streaming platforms since starting in web3, 3 years ago. Because they suck. @HIOmusicapp is the first streaming app that I see truly tackling the issues of web2 streaming models and providing real solutions. Would love for you guys to check it out and tell me your thoughts? I see a platform that’s building a much better solution for artists that wish to have their music available for easy listening and get paid fairly, and supports direct relationships. A team made of artists. Using web3 tech. I get excited 🤭 Did you know that when you pay $10 a month on Spotify, that money doesn’t go to the artists you listen to but to the ones with biggest market share? Yeah. That’s only one of the big issues. It’s all about to change, I’ve been telling you. We are lucky to be right here right now and have a voice on the shift an entire industry is about to make.
