@Iberia Your Customer service on DM has only sent me a tracking link, one I already have. Any other help possible, perhaps a word with your local team to not discriminate against non-citizens?

@Iberia lost my luggage on the way to Peru and their local team now won’t send my luggage to me because I’m not a Peruvian citizen, despite my prescription medication being needed. I must now wait three days to receive my luggage as a consequence. Their local Peruvian team discriminate by nationality, openly. PSA for those travelling with Iberia to Peru.
