Last night at a party, one of the furries came up to me and apologized to me. For what? “Your ex refurbed my suit and I wanted to get this off my chest. You are pretty cool” Idc if my ex worked on that suit. I just have bad luck with furries/artists and they backstab me lmao This was my first ex that got me canceled in the local scene after 3 months of “dating” during c o vid where she dragged me through the mud. Then canceled me when i ended it over text. I put in the active effort to be a great boyfriend and she shut me down every step of the way and insulted me for what i wore and the new car i drove, and how i put in an effort to be supportive. Shut down as she told me i was “gate keeping” her. It was bizarre. She treated me like a rebound after her relationship that lasted years. She slandered my name and said i was abusive. It took me being around the right people to see the real me and turn that around as i was able to show proof of my side and experience with her. Never fought her or argued. We didn’t see on the same level and i mutually ended it. I’ve had my experiences with shitty relationships and people so now i’m just so picky with who im attracted to.

So many of my friends have bdays back to back. We share the same friend groups so our bday dinners/parties are easily 20+ people. I’m grateful for all the connections I have made here in the past 2 years. Got me off online communities and into the real world.

If you want a fursuit from a specific maker just because you think it will make you popular, you are missing the point of what fursuiting is about. We are all here to be whimsical, silly and have fun. It’s not a popularity contest.

I joined another gym oops. Now I’m up to 3 gym memberships. This one is non commercial. It feels community driven when people know each other. I’ll use this gym for my calisthenics. The other gym is where I train and workout with my friends, and the last was a free membership XD

I keep my workouts very balanced to stay well proportioned. My shoulders lag behind because of my movement patterns, but I am focusing more on them now. If I want to transition into clean hand stand push ups I need stronger shoulders.

Going to a small anime con here with a group of furries and people were mumbling “oh great, the furries are here” The place reeked of BO. Difference between furries and weebs is that the furries get laid. 😂

@jikerdor Nothing wrong with that. You know what you want. Just takes time to find the right person. I’m in a similar boat. But more so I’m working on myself as I get my career off the ground and casually date until I clique well with someone. Even I want someone that’s fit.

A few pics from last meet! Really was fighting the overhead sunlight on this to get nice photos. I do not recommend doing photography at noon. Can’t get a nice contrast for shadows. Everything is blown out.

@kaiserthebloo Ive been feeling similar. I’ll still go to meets, but now i just feel like taking my camera and being a photographer. I’ll let my friends wear my full suit if they have a similar body type lol

Been feeling super disconnected from furry lately. No desire to suit, no desire to go to cons or local social gatherings. I hope it's just a small rut and not something that'll get worse. I really want to be furry again but my brain says no 💔
