At 11:11 our firefighters left the incident on Green Lane, Mere Brow. Thank you for your patience.

We're currently dealing with a gas leak on Green Lane, Mere Brow and six homes have been evacuated. Please avoid the area if you can whilst we work with @CadentGasLtd to resolve this. If you live nearby we advise you to close any open windows.

After a bit of hoarsing around, this little chap made foal of himself and got stuck between a fence and a wall. After a little persuasion by us (removing the fence), this one trick pony is in stable condition! 🐎 🐴 🚒

Tarleton’s Crew got to use their passports on a recent standby trip across the border to help our colleagues in Manchester 🔥🚒

Crews from Penwortham and @TarletonFire supported by @Preston_Fire ALP to access a roof fire. Fortunately contained to a small area and occupants safe. #firefighters
