Anyone know how to escalate? they are clearly are not applying adequate safeguarding measures for customer safety. I’m 9 months pregnant and had a man return to my house 3 times demanding I take food that isn’t mine, then a different order and then he covered my garden in drinks

Raised safeguarding concerns with @ubereats_uk on X and on the app itself about a driver who refused to leave my home and they are actively ignoring my concerns and only acknowledging I got a refund (I was brought someone else’s delivery before this incident happened)

The Mayoress and I attended a large Diwali celebration in Blackburn on Saturday.  It was wonderful to see so many people across our diverse communities come together to celebrate the Hindu Festival of Lights, in a fantastic evening of colour, food, friendship and dancing.

@KatAddkod 1 💯agree - something I highlight all the time when in discussions with my girl groups. But also being a woman is emotionally expensive. Neither side gets the recognition for the role or individual contribution, too many people struggle with the idea that 2 things can be true
