Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) Statement on the Muslim Brotherhood Army’s Targeting of Civilians in Al-Daein and a Humanitarian Organization Headquarters in Kauda A drone belonging to the authority of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and its army in Port Sudan carried out an airstrike on Tuesday evening targeting a house located on a main road in one of the neighborhoods of Al-Daein city, East Darfur State. The building housed a public viewing club and a grocery store. The attack resulted in the killing of (15) civilians and the injury of dozens of others with varying degrees of wounds. The city of Kauda in the Nuba Mountains region/South Kordofan was also targeted on the same day. The attack in Kauda targeted the headquarters of a humanitarian organization in the city, leading to the destruction of a vehicle belonging to the Internal Security Forces and another civilian vehicle, in a crime that constitutes a clear violation of international humanitarian law and reflects the continued policy of targeting civilians and service facilities. These terrorist attacks reflect the Muslim Brotherhood authority’s determination to spread chaos, obstruct humanitarian work, and terrorize civilians. However, they will not weaken the resolve of our people and their forces striving to build a new Sudan founded on freedom, peace, and justice. While condemning these violations, the Sudan Founding Alliance calls on the international community and human rights organizations to condemn the conduct of the terrorist group in Port Sudan, document its crimes, and work to ensure accountability and prevent impunity. Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) Statement Regarding the Muslim Brotherhood Army’s Withholding of Humanitarian Aid in Dabba The Sudan Founding Alliance announces that the authority of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and its army in Port Sudan is withholding 160 trucks carrying various humanitarian relief supplies, with a total load of 6,194 tons, belonging to the World Food Programme (WFP). The convoy was en route to areas controlled by the Peace Government, in coordination with the Sudanese Relief and Humanitarian Operations Agency. These trucks have been detained in the city of Dabba by orders of Military Intelligence and the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood authority in Port Sudan. In light of this conduct, the Sudan Founding Alliance wishes to emphasize the following: 1/ As a result of the war ignited by the Islamic Movement, Sudan is experiencing one of the worst humanitarian disasters in its history. Sudanese civilians have borne the greatest burden and continue to suffer from the devastating consequences of the ongoing war, including killings, displacement, forced migration, and disease. 2/ It is deeply regrettable that, at a time when the suffering of civilians in conflict zones continues to escalate, and while the international humanitarian community — despite burdensome procedural restrictions and time-consuming bureaucratic obstacles — is striving to deliver humanitarian assistance to civilians in need, the authority of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and its army in Port Sudan persists in prolonging the suffering and exacerbating the hardships faced by citizens and humanitarian organizations working to provide life-saving aid. 3/ The Sudan Founding Alliance strongly condemns the actions of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and its army in Port Sudan, which are withholding humanitarian relief supplies, preventing them from reaching those in need, and using humanitarian assistance as a weapon of war. The Alliance calls upon the international community to intensify pressure on this authority to ensure the safe passage and delivery of humanitarian aid, and to remove all measures, barriers, and obstacles that obstruct humanitarian operations and delay the delivery of relief assistance to those in urgent need. تحالف السودان التأسيسي (تأسيس) بيان بشأن تقرير لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بمجلس النواب الأمريكي بالإشارة إلى التقرير الصادر عن لجنة الشؤون الخارجية بمجلس النواب الأمريكي، يعلن تحالف السودان التأسيسي عن استعداده الكامل للتعاون، ورغبته في إدارة حوار مفتوح مع الإدارة والدوائر السياسية الأمريكية، وخاصة الكونغرس الأمريكي، حول ما يجري في السودان وتداعيات النزاع المسلح وأثره على السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة والإقليم، وما ترتب عليه من آثار ونتائج على مستوى الداخل السوداني وخارجه. ويشير التحالف إلى أن السلام والاستقرار والانتقال السلس نحو التحول المدني الديمقراطي مرهون بوقف الحرب عبر تسوية سياسية شاملة، وهذا لا يتأتى في ظل تحكم تنظيم الحركة الإسلامية في القرار السياسي والعسكري داخل جبهة حكومة الإسلاميين في بورتسودان. ويؤكد التحالف أن هذا التنظيم، الذي عاد إلى السلطة بإشعاله للحرب بعد أن أطاحت به ثورة الشعب في ديسمبر 2018، ما زال يهيمن على إدارة الشأن العام، ويسيطر على الخدمة المدنية والعمل الدبلوماسي، ويمتلك القرار السياسي والعسكري، ويتحكم في مسار العمليات العسكرية وتطورات الحرب اليومية، وإدارة غرف العمليات، والسيطرة على الأسلحة النوعية والمحظورة، والتحكم في الكتائب والمليشيات. كما تعمل كوادر التنظيم وواجهاته الإعلامية المختلفة على توجيه الرأي العام، والتضليل، وصناعة الأكاذيب، والتغطية على جرائمهم عبر إنتاج سرديات كاذبة. ويؤكد تحالف السودان التأسيسي أن استمرار سيطرة تنظيم جماعة الإخوان المسلمين على مصير الشعوب السودانية يعني غياب أي مستقبل آمن، وحرمان البلاد والإقليم من السلام والاستقرار. وما تجربة حكم الإنقاذ ببعيدة، إذ ما زال هذا التنظيم يرفض جميع مشاريع ومنابر السلام المطروحة، ويتخذ الحرب وسيلة للبقاء والاستمرار في السيطرة والهيمنة على مصير الشعوب السودانية. ويحذر تحالف السودان التأسيسي من المحاولات المتواصلة التي تقودها ما تُسمى بخارجية سلطة بورتسودان لاجتزاء وتحوير ما ورد في تقارير ودوائر النقاش داخل الكونغرس الأمريكي، وتقديم روايات مضللة للرأي العام الإقليمي والدولي بهدف التغطية على حقيقة الأزمة السودانية، والتنصل من مسؤولية تنظيم الحركة الإسلامية عن إشعال الحرب واستمرارها. ويؤكد التحالف مجددًا أن ما يُسمى بخارجية سلطة بورتسودان ما هي إلا الواجهة الخارجية لتنظيم الإخوان المسلمين في السودان، وأن تحركاتها الخارجية وأنشطتها وتصريحاتها السياسية جميعها محاولات لتمرير سياسات التنظيم الإسلامي في السودان، وتسويق أجندته، وتلميع صورته في الخارج. أحمد تقد لسان الناطق الرسمي باسم تحالف السودان التأسيسي السبت 16 مايو 2026

تحالف السودان التأسيسي (تأسيس) بيان بشأن احتجاز جيش جماعة الإخوان المسلمين للمساعدات الإنسانية في الدبة يعلن تحالف السودان التأسيسي أن سلطة جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية وجيشها في بورتسودان تحتجز (160) شاحنة تحمل مواد إغاثية متنوعة، بحمولة تبلغ (6194) طناً، تتبع لبرنامج الأغذية العالمي، وكانت في طريقها إلى مناطق سيطرة حكومة السلام، بالتنسيق مع الوكالة السودانية للإغاثة والعمليات الإنسانية. وقد تم احتجاز هذه الشاحنات في مدينة الدبة بأوامر من الاستخبارات العسكرية ومفوضية العون الإنساني التابعة لسلطة جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في بورتسودان. وإزاء هذا المسلك، يود تحالف السودان التأسيسي أن يؤكد الآتي:- 1/ بسبب الحرب التي أشعلتها الحركة الإسلامية، يشهد السودان أسوأ كارثة إنسانية، وقد تحمّل المواطن السوداني العبء الأكبر، وما يزال يعاني من آثار حرب الحركة الإسلامية الإجرامية الدائرة في البلاد من قتل وتشريد ونزوح ومرض. 2/ من المؤسف حقاً أنه في الوقت الذي تتزايد فيه معاناة المدنيين في مناطق النزاع، ويسعى فيه المجتمع الدولي الإنساني ـ رغم القيود الإجرائية المرهقة والعراقيل البيروقراطية المستهلكة للوقت ـ إلى تقديم العون الإنساني وإيصاله للمحتاجين من المدنيين، تستمر سلطة جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية وجيشها في بورتسودان في إطالة أمد المعاناة، وزيادة معاناة المواطنين والمنظمات الإنسانية الساعية لتقديم المساعدات والعون الإنساني. 3/ يدين تحالف السودان التأسيسي مسلك سلطة جماعة الإخوان المسلمين الإرهابية وجيشها في بورتسودان، التي تحتجز المساعدات الإغاثية وتمنع وصولها إلى المحتاجين، بل وتستخدم الإغاثة والعون الإنساني كأداة من أدوات الحرب. ويناشد التحالف المنظومة الدولية ممارسة المزيد من الضغط على هذه السلطة من أجل السماح بالمرور الآمن للمواد الإغاثية، وإيصالها إلى المحتاجين، ورفع كافة الإجراءات والعوائق والمتاريس التي تعيق العمل الإنساني وتمنع وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى مستحقيها في أسرع وقت ممكن. أحمد تقد الناطق الرسمي باسم تحالف السودان التأسيسي (تأسيس) السبت 16 مايو 2026

تحالف السودان التأسيسي(تأسيس) تصريح صحفي خرجت علينا ما تُسمى بوكالة سونا للأنباء، الخاضعة لسيطرة سلطة الحركة الإسلامية الإرهابية في بورتسودان، بخبر مفاده أن لجنة قانونية تُسمى بـ"اللجنة الوطنية للتحقيق في جرائم وانتهاكات القانون الوطني والقانون الدولي الإنساني" عقدت أول اجتماع لها في الخرطوم للنظر في كيفية تفعيل أعمالها والقيام بتوثيق الانتهاكات بما يسهم في ترسيخ مبادئ العدالة والمساءلة وعدم الإفلات من العقاب. إن سلطة الإرهابيين في بورتسودان، التي أشعلت الحرب، ودمرت البنية الأساسية للبلاد، وقتلت إنسان السودان، ورفضت وقف الحرب، واستمرت في حصد المزيد من الأرواح بآلة الحرب يومًا بعد يوم، في انتهاك صريح للقانون وتحدٍ واضح للإرادة الوطنية والدولية، كما رفضت كافة اللجان الدولية المستقلة التي شُكلت للتحقيق في الانتهاكات، تطل علينا اليوم بهذه المسرحية الساذجة التي لا تنطلي على أحد. إن قضايا العدالة لا تتجزأ، فإذا أردتم العدل فسلموا المطلوبين للعدالة الدولية، وتعاونوا مع لجان التحقيق المستقلة، وكفوا عن الضحك على الناس. أحمد تقد لسان الناطق الرسمي باسم تحالف السودان التأسيسي(تأسيس) الجمعة 15 مايو 2026

Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) Statement on the Banjul Declaration on the Human Rights Situation in Sudan The Sudan Founding Alliance welcomes the joint declaration issued by the Fact-Finding Mission of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights regarding the human rights situation in Sudan. The Alliance reaffirms that its firm and declared position is to support accountability, justice, and the fight against impunity. In this context, the Alliance affirms its full readiness to engage with any international or regional fact-finding mission investigating violations of international humanitarian law and human rights. In this regard, the Alliance places great importance on the protection of civilians, the delivery of humanitarian assistance, and respect for the principles of international law related to humanitarian access and civilian protection. While the Alliance welcomes the declaration, it notes that the contents of the mission’s statement do not accurately reflect the nature of the situation on the ground, nor do they present the facts within a sound legal framework. The correct approach requires careful investigation and thorough inquiry, leading to legal conclusions based on accurate information derived from reliable sources on the ground, before directing accusations or issuing arbitrary judgments. The Alliance further reiterates that issues of justice and accountability cannot be addressed merely through declarations and statements. Rather, the proper approach lies in the establishment of justice mechanisms on the ground, along with full cooperation from the relevant authorities to facilitate the work of these mechanisms in carrying out their mandated responsibilities. تحالف السودان التأسيسي (تأسيس) بيان بشأن إعلان بانجول يرحب تحالف السودان التأسيسي بالإعلان المشترك الصادر من بعثة تقصي الحقائق التابعة للجنة الإفريقية لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب بشأن حالة حقوق الإنسان في السودان، ويؤكد التحالف مجدداً أن موقفه الثابت والمعلن يتمثل في دعم قضايا المحاسبة والمساءلة والعدالة ومحاربة ظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب. وفي هذا السياق، يؤكد التحالف أنه على استعداد كامل للتعامل مع أي بعثة دولية أو إقليمية لتقصي الحقائق حول الانتهاكات لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني وحقوق الإنسان. وفي هذا الصدد، يولي التحالف اهتماماً كبيراً بحماية المدنيين، وإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية، واحترام قواعد ومبادئ القانون المتعلقة بإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية وحماية المدنيين. وفي الوقت الذي يرحب فيه التحالف بالإعلان، إلا أن ما جاء في إعلان البعثة لا يعكس بصورة دقيقة طبيعة ما يجري على أرض الواقع، ولا يصف الوقائع بصورة قانونية سليمة، وأن المدخل الصحيح هو التقصي والتحري الدقيق، والوصول إلى خلاصات قانونية قائمة على معلومات صحيحة ومستمدة من مصادر موثوقة على الأرض، قبل توجيه الاتهامات وإطلاق الأحكام جزافاً. ويؤكد التحالف مجدداً أن قضايا العدالة والمساءلة لا تُعالج بالإعلانات والبيانات، وأن المدخل الصحيح يتمثل في وجود آليات للعدالة على الأرض، والتعاون الكامل من الجهات المسؤولة لتسهيل مهمة هذه الآليات للقيام بالمهام الموكلة إليها، وهذا ما ينادي به تحالف السودان التأسيسي. أحمد تقد لسان الناطق الرسمي باسم تحالف السودان التأسيسي. الجمعة 15 مايو 2026

Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) Announcement of structuring the Alliance Pursuant to the resolutions of the Leadership Council of Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS), issued during its third session under the chairmanship of Comrade Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo; And in commitment to strengthening and building effective and advanced structures capable of keeping pace with the demands of the current stage, and qualified to address the complexities of the political, security, and humanitarian situation in the Sudanese state; And in adherence to the historical responsibility that obliges us to confront with courage and seriousness for the revolutionary tasks, and to work toward translating the Founding Charter into a tangible reality; And emphasizing the necessity of establishing a new, secular, democratic, decentralized, and voluntarily united Sudan, in which the values of freedom, justice, and equality prevail; And in loyalty to the souls of the martyrs; The Sudan Founding Alliance announces the structure of the Alliance, marking the beginning of a new phase of revolutionary and political work, and paving the way for the expansion and activation of the Alliance’s programs and activities, while strengthening joint work with the Sudanese people, popular bases, and Founding membership, to achieve the vision of the New Sudan. Based on the above, it has been agreed to form the Alliance’s structure through the following specialized committees, headed by the comrades listed below: 1. Comrade Khalil Abd Allah Adam – Chairperson of the Political Communication Committee. 2. Professor Dr. Saif Al-Din Abdelrahman Mohamed – Chairperson of the Strategic Studies and Research Committee. 3. The Leadership Council of the Alliance also announces the appointment of Comrade Ahmed Taqad Lisan an official spokesman of the Sudan Founding Alliance – TASIS, along with the appointment of two deputies, as part of the ongoing efforts to complete the remaining structures of the Alliance and strengthen its organizational and political effectiveness. The Alliance will announce later the names of the heads of the External Relations Committee and the Youth and Students Committee, as part of completing the Alliance’s structures and enhancing its ability to carry out its political and organizational duties during the upcoming phase. Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) 4 Martyrs and 4 Injured in an Attack by the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Army on El Geneina Yesterday , Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the city of El Geneina in West Darfur State was attacked by drones belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist army, resulting in the martyrdom of 4 innocent unarmed civilians and the injury of 4 others. Mercy and forgiveness to the martyrs, and a speedy recovery to the wounded and injured. TASIS forces reserve the right to respond to all crimes committed by these terrorists and affirm that such crimes will not be subject to any statute of limitations. The criminal army continues its crimes against innocent civilians in areas under the Peace Government, deliberately spreading racism, tribalism, and hatred among Sudanese people, while attempting to provoke TASIS forces into targeting civilians in army-controlled areas — something that will never happen. Unfortunately, the regional and international communities continue to remain silent regarding these crimes. This vast difference between the conduct of the criminal army and TASIS forces clearly demonstrates who the rebels are and who the criminal terrorists are. The reality of this terrorist army is exposed now, it's criminal racist apartheid doctrine and nothing remains of it except the name defended by several mercenary militias. Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) 6 Civilians Killed and 5 Injured in a New Crime by the Terrorist Army in El Daein Between the afternoon of Monday, May 11, and the morning of Tuesday, May 12, drones belonging to the terrorist army of the Muslim Brotherhood targeted unarmed civilians on roads and in residential neighborhoods in the city of El Daein. The drones struck a passenger vehicle on the El Daein–Adila road in the Al-Jallabi area and later targeted neighborhoods inside El Daein city on Tuesday morning. These attacks have so far resulted in the deaths of six civilians and injuries to five others. The continued targeting of innocent civilians in their own communities by the criminal army and its terrorist group constitutes a fully fledged racist war crime and an act of genocide committed amid troubling international silence. We call on the Sudanese people to remain vigilant against these schemes and to stand united in protecting the country’s social fabric, which this terrorist group has long sought to destroy throughout its oppressive rule and has further torn apart during the current war. Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) Terrorism Knows No Borders: Boko Haram’s Terrorist Attack in the Lake Chad Region Threatens the Entire Region and Its Peoples We in the Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) have followed reports of the terrorist attack carried out by the Nigerian extremist group Boko Haram against Chadian army positions in the Lake Chad region. This attack demonstrates how terrorism transcends geographical boundaries and threatens the security and stability of the entire region and its peoples. We in TASIS have consistently warned that terrorism recognizes neither geography, religion, nor identity, and that combating and defeating terrorism must be the highest priority for the governments and nations of the region if their peoples are to enjoy peace, stability, and prosperity. The connections between political and religious extremist groups — such as Boko Haram in Nigeria, the Muslim Brotherhood group in Sudan, the Al-Shabaab movement in Somalia, and the ISIS and Al-Qaeda organizations operating across the Sahel and Sahara region, among other terrorist organizations — represent the greatest threat to our peoples and regional stability. Reports and evidence have revealed close cooperation between the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and its army in Sudan and these extremist organizations, in addition to significant coordination among them, particularly regarding this attack, which according to reports was coordinated between Khartoum and Tripoli. Reports also referred to an undisclosed meeting held in June 2023 in Nigeria between a delegation of seven leaders from the Muslim Brotherhood’s army in Sudan and leaders of Boko Haram. The meeting was later uncovered, leading to the deportation of the Sudanese extremist figures from Nigeria. All evidence and developments throughout the war in Sudan point to the close relationship between these groups, their participation in fighting alongside the criminal army in Sudan, and the support provided by the terrorist army and its Islamist movement to extremist organizations operating beyond Sudan’s borders. We declare our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the Republic of Chad and affirm our readiness for unlimited cooperation with both the regional and international communities in the fight against terrorism and dismantling its networks and sources of support.
