Another snap from our first-ever #Vegas event last week at Valencian Gold with Chef/Owner Jeff Weiss... Oh, what a night! Here's Course #3 being plated: Chargrilled Salmon with caviar sabayón and bloomsdale spinach.

Taken at our FIRST Vegas Event earlier this week with Valencian Gold! Huge thanks to @chefjeffweiss for putting on an incredible show. The bar is set very high! 🙏 🙌 👏 Here's Course #5: Wood-Roasted Strawberry Shortcake with buttermilk poundcake and whipped goat's milk crema.

Taken at our Contemporary Indian Tasting Event @pondicheri in #Houston last month with the incomparable Chef/Owner Anita Jaisinghani. Here she is plating Course #3: Tandoori Chicken Chaat with baby romaine, mint, black garbanzos, cilantro, and lentil dumplings in yogurt sauce.
