@TataSwach I called customer support but inam getting messege that " we are operational from 8am to 6pm. But I called at 9.49am nd getting same response. Inneed Tata swatch cartridge but is not available any where in the shops and online also. Pls suggest.

Dear @TataSwach, We bought this filter about 3 years ago. It seems steel is not of good quality (low grade), it's rusting again. I believe utensils used directly for food/liquids should be of good quality. Please check.
