We are pleased to announce a restructuring of our Board of Directors, reflecting the Company's growth, its commitment to robust accountability, and its continued drive to lead Bitcoin adoption across the African continent. Ms Norma Sephuma, Lead Independent Director, has been appointed Chair of the Board. We welcome Mr Robin Coode to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, assuming the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and joining the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr Coode is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with over 30 years' experience in senior finance, investment, and retirement fund governance. At JSE- and formerly NYSE-listed Telkom SA, he served as Group Treasurer, Financial Controller, and Chief Investment Officer. He was appointed Director of Batseta (Council of Retirement Funds of South Africa) in 2024. His appointment brings significant depth in financial oversight and institutional governance to the Board. Mr @staffordmasie steps down as Board Chair but remains as Executive Director and joins the Social and Ethics Committee. Mr @wheatley_warren, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down as a member of the Group's Social and Ethics Committee. Last week, Africa Bitcoin Corporation (ABC)’s SME funding vehicle, Altvest Credit Opportunities Fund (ACOF) filed a formal SENS announcement on the JSE disclosing ACOF's loan book performance as at 28 February 2026. A SENS is not a press release. It is a regulated, board-approved disclosure filed with the exchange every number signed off by our directors and published to the market. When we share these figures, you can rely on them. As at 28 February 2026, ACOF's lending programme supports 2,084 jobs across 44 businesses in 21 industries. These are not statistics. They are entrepreneurs who got funded, businesses that are growing and jobs that exist because capital reached the right hands. And we are not stopping at South Africa's borders. ACOF is now expanding across the continent taking the same model, the same discipline and the same commitment to impact into new African markets. The funding gap is not unique to South Africa. It exists across the entire continent and we intend to close it, one deal at a time. Now consider this: US private credit losses in 2025 ran at 9.20%. ACOF's bad debts written off stand at 0.09%. That is not a rounding difference.
