Congratulations to Lt. Matthew Fann, SC G ’12, for receiving the 2024 Coast Guard Engineer of the Year Award. Lt. Fann identified a life-threatening shock hazard and initiated a Technical Engineering decision to ensure the safety of the crew and equipment. mycg.uscg.mil/News/Article/4…
