@TaxAct Your support stinks. Adding "Other Income" your SW calculates a 64% marginal tax rate on that additional income. I'm in the 12% bracket. Directed to buy paid support to resolve an obvious software error. (Add Income/Explore More/Other Income)

@TaxAct decided to charge me $175.98 to file my Federal/State return in April, AFTER I already paid $56.24 in February for Federal. When I call, the cust svc rep said it was because they had a price increase and I started over my return as a new one. #scam

I paid for full service prep with @TaxAct for my S Corp - they made a mistake that cost me thousands on my personal. Now noone returns my calls. Their "accuracy guaranteed" policy is obviously worthless.

@TaxAct your software glitched on the GF last night. She called during your website posted hours only to receive a we’re closed message. She canceled the efile and you still charged her. Now one of your phone lemmings is telling her she can’t get the charges back!?!?
