#BREAKING: Kym Allen Parsons has plead guilty, admitting to being the infamous 'Bicycle Bandit' Parsons pled guilty to the charges relating to a 10-year armed bank robbery spree, ending a 20-year mystery into the crimes. The court, and Parsons, heard victim impact statements from those who worked at the banks robbed during the spree. Parsons is terminally-ill and has been approved to receive voluntary assisted dying.
