New in 2026: More ways to return your early ballot • Before Election Day: check in at a Vote Center with ID to get your ballot into tabulation faster. • On Election Day: check in, show ID, and tabulate your early ballot on-site. • Mail it or drop it off at a secure drop box like usual. Another great example of a blog (@DemocracyDocket) just writing stuff without doing any actual journalism (e.g. calling the named people, or calling any local sources). And, in doing so, they besmirch the name of the one of the hardest-working, most ethical election workers in the United States. For shame.

Ok. No. This email is being taken out of the context of a threat from federal law enforcement to raid Maricopa the same way they raided Fulton. This email is the elections director PROTECTING THE STAFF. He is telling staff to not obstruct federal law enforcement so they don't get slapped with... obstruction of justice. The word is in the email.

I work for the Best Boss in politics! @ThomasGalvin leads with integrity, transparency, and genuine care for each Maricopa County resident. Real leaders like Sup. Galvin search for compromise and work with others in good faith. It’s a shame the Recorder refuses to do the same.

Justin Heap wins Worst Boss of the Year Award, egging on the Feds to investigate his employees for the… checks notes… 2020 election. This is why you don’t see a ‘26 Shared Services Agreement, he never negotiated in good faith. @RecordersOffice’s honest employees deserve better

I’m very happy that Chris Dobson and Barry Paceley won SRP President and VP, respectively. They earned it by campaigning hard and tapping in to widespread goodwill and impressive credentials.

Complete botch job by Turning Point Action, losing majority of SRP board seats to leftists. This follows TP defeats in PA & WI Supreme Ct races. TP Action, wasting donor money, went to desperate move on ballot harvesting. Losing statewide races & now SRP board seats. Incompetents

County Attorney Rachel Mitchell & my office, in conjunction w/ US Secret Service, held a Frauds & Scams Awareness event in Mesa. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office has led the way informing senior citizens how they can be targeted by fraudsters. The event had a great turnout!

Public safety is Supervisor @ThomasGalvin’s top priority! Thank you @Rachel1Mitchell and @marcoattorney for hosting today’s Scams and Frauds informational event in Mesa. It is so important to discuss fraud and scams to ensure your loved ones don’t fall victim to these crimes.

NEW: MCAO says Recorder Justin Heap has referred 207 registered voters for investigation. The voters were flagged as noncitizens by an unreliable federal database. MCRO previously said that there were 137 of them. It’s unclear why that number doesn’t match the 207 sent to MCAO.

A great time at the annual Maricopa County Farm Bureau breakfast in Mesa. It was great meeting many folks. As always, I highlighted our important agriculture industry & provide an overview of what we are doing at Maricopa County. A beautiful morning to kick off the week!
