I’ve been really bad at posting on twitter lately. Big cook coming up tonight. But I’m also currently exploring the dessert side of BBQ. Here are a couple of my most recent experiment.

@John_Regier @MeatChurch Both look amazing! I host the Sedgwick County Fair BBQ and I have a desserts category and there are some smoked ones that turn out really good!

First picture is a banana pudding with homemade whip cream. Recipe found from a Texas bbq channel over in the UK Wilson’s BBQ. Second picture is the classic @MeatChurch Chocolate Pecan Cobler.

Today was Demo Day for the old Cunningham High School that was built in 1917. Their new school was built and moved into before Thanksgiving. A new building will replace this one and be completed before school of next year. #ProudBuilder #McCownGordon
