Freshman meet monday and districts friday. Good luck everyone.

Sprinters and mid distance practice at 9:30. Long jumpers at 10.

Great job to all West track athletes time to get pumped for Metros!

Tanner Wiebelhaus placed 4th in polevault and Sal Savino got 8th in triple jump.

For long jump Chloe Akin Otiko placed 1st and Candi Bolden got 6th in long and 3rd in triple jump.

Also with pole vault great job to Jessica Talbot for placing 2nd.

For pole vault good job to Brayden Knapp for setting a new meet record while placing first.

For boys high jump Malik H. placed 2nd.

Really good job to the track team for today a lot of you placed and I'm not even done yet.

On the guys side for throwing great job to Aaron Spencer for placing 5th.

Great work to Sage Meyer, Haley Nast, and Pimmi Dike for placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in that order.

Jazmine also placed 2nd in the discus.

For throws good job to Dayton Dolincheck for placing 3rd and Jazmine Nicholas for placing 8th in the shot put.

Good job to the boys 4by1 for placing third.

Also good job to Julie Targy for placing 8th in the 300 meter hurdles.

In the hurdles great job to Brandon Armstrong for placing 3rd in the 110s and 8th in the 300.

And also great job to Dan Moses and Derryk Stiner for placing 6th and 7th respectively in the 2 mile.

Also on the distance side shout out to Reagan Hefner for placing 2nd in the 2 mile.

And great running to Justin Thorstad for getting 1st in the 800 and 2nd in the mile.

In the 400 good job to Katrina Nesbit for placing 4th.
