I can't believe I'm saying this but Stefan has grown to be one of the most tragic characters I've come across. His paranoia born from complexes of inferiority & unjust treatment manifesting as fear, inadequacy, anger & hate makes him such a nuanced character to both pity & loathe

@TdannnyT @MalazofWesteros i didn’t hate it but the romance was pretty disappointing to me while i was reading, thought their relationship was pretty interesting in god spear and progressively lost interest throughout walled city. parts of their dynamic are still pretty good tho

4.5/5 The last few chapters were insane. My only issue with the book was the romance subplot.
