We came across this quote and had to share it with you... It's hard to remain positive in the current circumstances yet remaining positive is one of the most vital things we can do. It's easier said than done but we encourage you to 'be the sunshine' whenever you can.

Today marks the beginning of #MentalHealthAwareness Week. We are certainly experiencing mentally challenging times at the moment and we truly hope you are all staying safe and taking care of yourself mentally. Putting your #wellbeing first is the most important thing.

During such challenging times, we would like to thank those who are doing their bit to keep themselves, their loved ones and their country safe. From families staying at home to healthcare workers to supermarket staff - thank you.

Today is #InternationalNursesDay. Being a #nurse at the moment is extremely challenging and we are so grateful for the heroic work our nurses are doing. They are incredible. We would like to say 'thank you' to our nurses for all they do, especially at the moment.

Did you know that this week is Teacher Appreciation Week? It is a week-long celebration of teachers and the contributions they make to education and society. We hope our teachers will be back where they belong soon ... at the front of the classroom! #teacherappreciation

At Tara we like to do our bit. Earlier this week we headed to ITU at #Shrewsbury Hospital and donated some Easter eggs to say thank you to the incredible NHS staff. We hope this gesture will make a few people smile during such difficult times. We are thinking of you.

We've made it through April! The past month has been a challenge for us all and we'd just like to say thank you to our staff and teachers for their patience and positivity throughout. We hope that May brings brighter times, but for the time being please remain safe and smiling.

With education relying on technology at the moment, we thought we'd share this fact with you ... There is a huge budget for digital education and now is certainly the time to delve into digital resources and content.

We'd like to end this week on a positive note. Every time we put a teacher in a classroom we plant a tree with @treesisters. We have planted 1,035 trees since January! There's plenty we can do to help the planet while the schools are closed, so we'll be doing our bit!

#DidYouKnow that April is #StressAwarenessMonth? Oh the irony ... It has been a stressful time for all of us, so we thought we'd remind you to try to give yourself time to relax at the end of each day: meditation, breathing exercises, yoga or even a netflix session will help.
