@Nickyreed__ I usually just eat a meal about 1 or 2 hours before a workout. Has a way better effect than eating candy with an empty stomach.

@theDodom13 Kung pao is generally cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and chili peppers.
Korean BBQ is gochujang, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sugar.
In a fast food setting I could see some overlap.
