(1/3) Advocacy Alert! We need your help in supporting House Bill 1815. HB 1815 addresses the charging of young people at county detention and juvenile rehabilitation facilities for behaviors that indicate a need for support and treatment as opposed to additional criminal charges.

(2/3) These charges are contributing to overcrowding at juvenile rehabilitation centers by leading to longer sentences. Please email these key legislators and your own representatives to tell them that you support HB 1815 and ask them to get it to a vote on the floor of the house
