The transition to sustainable energy generation is a collective responsibility we have as the human society. Any little contribution can lead to a significant change. And even though this road is full of challenges, there are as well a lot of things to learn and people to meet.

Hi, I am Meike van den Eijnden and I am chairman of Team Edu. A lot of things worry me about the world we now live in. With Team Edu I want to do my part in the energy transition. I learned a lot about energy and sustainability from companies and other students.

Over the past decades, climate change has become an ever more present point on the political and scientific agenda. Though this is of course a welcome development, it is only one of the many challenges through which humankind will have to change its ways.

It’s very shocking to face the effects of climate change. Making people more aware of it is therefore really important. It’s very easy to start with small solutions. So, what are you waiting for? Start with your small sustainable goal! I’m looking forward to hearing about it!
